    CEO & Chairman of the Board

    Jonah Peretti is the Founder and CEO of BuzzFeed, a leading tech-powered, diversified media company focused on building a new media business model for the Internet and social media world. Jonah Peretti has served as BuzzFeed’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s board of directors since 2006.

    Prior to founding BuzzFeed, Mr. Peretti co-founded The Huffington Post, a digital publisher of news, lifestyle and popular culture content, and served in various management roles there from the company’s founding until its sale to AOL Inc. In 2021 BuzzFeed acquired HuffPost, bringing the award-winning news organization back full circle to Peretti.

    Mr. Peretti holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from University of California, Santa Cruz and a M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab.

    Adam Rothstein serves as the Executive Chairman and board member of 890 5th Avenue Partners. Rothstein is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Disruptive Technology Partners, an Israeli technology-focused early-stage investment fund, and Disruptive Growth, a collection of late-stage investment vehicles focused on Israeli technology, which he co-founded in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Since 2014, Rothstein has been a Venture Partner in Subversive Capital, and the Managing Member of 1007 Mountain Drive Partners, LLC, which are both consulting and investment vehicles. Rothstein is also a sponsor and director of Roth CH Acquisition I Co. (NASDAQ: ROCH), a special purpose acquisition company that has entered into an agreement and plan of merger with PureCycle Technologies LLC pursuant to which Roth CH Acquisition I Co. will acquire PureCycle Technologies LLC, Roth CH Acquisition II Co. (NASDAQ: ROCCU), which is a special purpose acquisition company, and Subversive Capital Acquisition Corp. (NEO: SVC.A.U) (OTCQX: SBVCF), a special purpose acquisition company that has just announced the acquisition of Caliva, Left Coast Ventures, and Sisu.

    Rothstein has over 20 years of investment experience, and currently sits on the boards of directors of several early- and mid-stage technology and media companies both in the US, including BuzzFeed, and in Israel and is on the Advisory Board for the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Rothstein graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and has a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Finance from the University of Cambridge.

    Anjula Acharia is the CEO and Founder of A-series Investments and Management. Acharia works as a talent manager and strategic investor/advisor to a multitude of consumer tech and CPG startups, including two early stage investments which have grown into billion-dollar unicorns: ClassPass and Bumble. Her extensive advisory and investment portfolio includes Vital Proteins, The Muse, Hooked, Cue, Thrive Causemetics, Health-Ade Kombucha, Joro App, Skinny Dipped, Mayvenn, Yumi, Bulletproof Coffee, FounderMade, Gobble, Pop & Bottle and The Well. Acharia also recently joined BuzzFeed’s board of directors.

    A serial entrepreneur herself, Acharia co-founded DesiHits!, a digital entertainment platform in which she pioneered the merging of global cultures by introducing artists like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and 50 Cent into India and returning the favor by launching Priyanka Chopra’s career in America. Acharia continues her work in management and is still Chopra’s manager to this day.

    Greg Coleman is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lerer Hippeau Ventures and sits on numerous boards at the intersection of technology, media and advertising including BuzzFeed, TuneIn, Inc., LoopMe Ltd., Tubular Labs, Inc., Botify SAS, and Meredith Corp. He formerly served on the boards of Skimlinks, Inc. and Eyeview, Inc. He also serves as an adviser to 890 Fifth Avenue Partners.

    Most recently, Coleman was the President of BuzzFeed and advertising technology company Criteo SA. He has previously held roles as President and Chief Revenue Officer at TheHuffingtonPost.com, Inc. and the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Yahoo! Inc. Coleman also served as President of Platform-A at AOL Inc. from February to April of 2009 and was formerly Senior Vice President of Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. and president of U.S. Magazine Publishing. Previously, he served as Vice President and National Sales Manager at CBS, Inc.

    Coleman holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and attended the M.B.A. program at New York University. He currently is an adjunct professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business where he teaches a class on digital marketing and innovation.

    Janet Rollé is General Manager at Parkwood Entertainment, the media and management company founded by Beyoncé in 2010. In her role at Parkwood, Rollé leads business operations and development, including strategic partnerships and investments, finance, human resources, legal & business affairs, information technology, and marketing. She manages the P&L across the whole company, from music and film, to touring, artist management, and more. Rollé also serves on BuzzFeed’s board of directors.

    Before that, Ms. Rollé served as EVP & CMO for CNN Worldwide, overseeing the promotion of all CNN brands and programming; she was BET’s first-ever EVP & CMO; and she served in senior positions at AOL, VH1, and HBO before that. Rollé also serves as a Director of Carver Bancorp, Inc., one of the oldest and largest African-American managed banks in the US; she spent two terms on the Nominating Committee of the United States Tennis Association (USTA); and is the recipient of numerous awards and commendations over the years.

    Patrick Kerins is a Special Partner at New Enterprise Associates where he joined in 2006 as a General Partner focusing on technology investments, particularly Software-as-a-Service, digital media, mobile technology and Internet companies. He is a director of BedRocket Media, BuzzFeed, Spring Mobile Solutions, and TravelBank; previous board positions include ChannelAdvisor (NYSE: ECOM), and Millennial Media (NYSE: MM, acquired by AOL/Verizon). Prior to joining NEA, Patrick was General Partner of Grotech Capital Group, investing in high-tech companies and serving on the boards of Advertising.com, CDnow, Fieldglass Software, SALIX Technologies and Synchrologic.

    Previously, Patrick spent 10 years at Alex. Brown & Sons as an investment banker for technology companies. He was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy on the staff of Admiral H.G. Rickover at the Headquarters of the Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program. Patrick is Chairman Emeritus of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association. He received an MBA, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and a BS degree from Villanova University.
